Vineyard machines:
The new B.M.V. double model aspiring leaf trimmer has
been studied to work both on the left and on the right of the tractor,
in order to reduce working times.
It allows the removal of the lower leaves, in order to improve the bunches
microclimate, their exposure to the light and air circulation too.
Working times are reduced to the 70% and in proximity of the grape harvest
it makes the vintage easier.
Thanks to a mechanical device the machine is protected against impacts.
The use of two cutting blades is studied to obtain the best final result,
the first forward blade thins the vegetation, whereas the second one,
put near the suction pipe, cuts the aspired leaves stem.
The cut is protected by a special guard which prevents the bunch from
having a dangerous contact with the blades.
This aspiring leaf trimmer has got a 80 litres independent hydraulic unit.
