The new B.M.V.’s reversing leaf trimmer model with blades has been studied to work both on the left and right side of the tractor, in order to avoid useless rides inside rows and to reduce the working times.
It enables the elimination of the lower leaves, improving the bunches microclimate, increasing their exposure to the light and favoring the air circulation.
In proximity of the grape harvest, these operations make easier the harvest itself.
Working times are reduced of the 70%.
The machine is protected against impacts thanks to a mechanical device.
The use of two blades has the aim to obtain a better final result: the first forward blade thins the vegetation, whereas the second one, put near the suction pipe, cuts the aspired leaves stem.
The cut is protected by a special shelter that prevents the bunch from having a dangerous contact with the blades.
The aspiring leaf trimmer has got a 80 lt. independent hydraulic unit.
